I would like to have it known that I am extremely pleased with the time, the courtesy and the efforts to oblige my every request in regards to purchasing the right Unit for myself "Off the Plan at 20-24 Walker Street Helensburgh" afforded me by Jason Hawes.
I have only ever purchased 2 homes in my life and both as a single parent with 2 sons, one of whom is profoundly intellectually disabled and at 37 is non-verbal and in constant need of 24 hour care- no mean feat indeed and I did it by working 3 jobs. Thus as I approach retirement at age almost 62, the kindness and understanding of this gentleman and the advice he sought on my behalf from Graeme and the Builders is nothing short of the ethics that were once commonplace in this ever-changing hustle and bustle world we live in.
I wish Coldwell Banker, Cripps and Cripps Management at Cronulla to know that I could not speak highly enough of Jason and would highly recommend others to both him and indeed your Company. The service to date is exceptional and Management should be justly proud of Jason and the commitment he shows. A credit to himself and his workplace.

Hello,
I wanted to write about my experience with Cripps & Cripps Coldwell Banker Cronulla.
For the past 4 ˝ years our investment property has been managed by Lisa Christey and the staff at Cripps and Cripps who been very professional in every way.
The tenants chosen by Lisa have been spot on (4) each time with no problems throughout that time with regards to maintenance, the upkeep and rental payments of the property which made a huge difference when it came time to sell the unit in December 09.
The sale of our unit also has a good story -It was quite by accident that I was chatting with Lisa and she mentioned how busy they were with the sale of properties booming because the first home buyers subsidies was ending and people were running out of time to buy.
I asked Lisa if it was a good time for us to sell the unit and of course the response was immediate to get in touch with Jason the super salesman.
The next day everything was rolling- it was on the internet and by the end of the first day the website it had had 131 hits. The next day Jason had organised with the tenant who happened to be away at the time to take interested buyers through. That afternoon there was an offer made. With Jason's clever negotiating skills we settled on a very good price the next day.
To Lisa, Jason and all the staff I give the highest of accolades. It has been such a positive and highly professional experience over the years. With such a smooth transaction in the end which I am sure was due to Lisa's professional handling of our tenants and by Jason's skilful handling of the buyers I had to write something about them.
Thankyou Cripps & Cripps Cronulla, I will be recommending you and your professional team to everyone.

Now that the sale of my unit at Mansfield Ave and my purchase of Hill St have settled I just wanted to convey to you my appreciation for the excellent job Renata and I thought you did over the last two months.
Renata and I were obviously delighted with the speed and price that our unit at Mansfield was sold for. To sell a unit in 18 hours during a typically quiet period speaks volumes for Cripps and Cripps’ ability to market our property, network with potential buyers and then obtain the best possible price.
